How does the trial work?
Every new Reef starts with 14 days of Reef Pro automatically - no card, nothing to cancel. When it lapses you keep playing on Tide Pool. Saved bios and profile photos pause and are kept; they come back in full if you upgrade within 90 days, after which they are permanently removed. Rounds, results, and names are never touched. What counts as a seat?
Active members of your Reef. You pay for the seats you check out with; if your pod grows, the plan grows with it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal, no email required. Reef Pro runs until the period you paid for ends, then your Reef moves to Tide Pool - rounds, results, and winners all stay, and saved profile data pauses but is kept. The 90-day cleanup applies only to trials that end without ever upgrading (see the privacy page).
